Our district is hosting a Crucial Conversations training event, based on the best-selling book. 

Whenever you’re not getting the results you’re looking for, it’s likely a crucial conversation is keeping you stuck. Whether it’s a problem with a strained relationship, underperforming team-member, or declining congregational support—whatever the issue—the ability to hold difficult conversations is almost always at the center of congregational and organizational dysfunction.
