In order to help our Haitian congregations respond to their many challenges—particularly the training of Sunday School leaders, the preparation of emerging leaders and pastors for church planting, and service at all levels of the Church of the Nazarene—the Haitian district staff, accredited by the administration of Trevecca Nazarene University (Tennessee, USA), have agreed to join forces.

This partnership mobilizes French-speaking staff (pastors) to offer the 26 required courses of the Clergy Development Program through videoconferencing (Zoom) and in-person sessions at Grace Tabernacle of Praise, Church of the Nazarene in Orlando.

The modular courses will be intensive and taught via videoconference by qualified and experienced professors who continue their own professional development in order to serve students more effectively and for the glory of God.

For certain courses, physical attendance may be required for one or two sessions, depending on the instructor’s guidelines. However, active student participation in discussions is essential to the learning process.

Each course will last six (6) consecutive weeks, with two-hour sessions per class, or according to the format specified by the instructor in the syllabus provided on the first day of class.

In addition to the 14 instructional hours, one in-person meeting will be held on a Saturday for each course, organized by the instructor.

Before attending any class, registration and payment of the required fee of $120 per course are mandatory.
