Information on this page is primarily for use by ministerial candidates (MITs), local Pastors, and District Board of Ministry members pertaining to ministerial credentials instructions and forms for the 2026-27 church/assembly year (also referred to as 2027).
MIT INSTRUCTIONS
2026-27 MIT Information
The Florida District is using a new system called NazTrack. The system has sent (renewals) or will send (new licenses) you a welcome email from no-reply@naztrack.com (check your spam folder). Once you set up your login credentials, you will be able to see your information, your educational records, and your application (look under TASKS). The system will also allow you to schedule your preferred interview time.

Church Board Recommendation: Your church board is still responsible to recommend you for licensing or renewal. The pastor is able to submit this through their NazTrack portal. It is your responsibility to make sure they do this.
The following information pertains to all new district license MITs and new-to-the-district licensed MITs to Florida District. District policy requires the submission of authorization for a background check. (MIT con licencia por primera vez y nuevo para el distrito)

Failure to submit all required documents by the deadline can result in the MIT being put on probation. An interview will not be granted to those who do not submit required documents by the deadline two years in a row.
