UCNYI Leadership Conference 2024

UCNYI Leadership Conference is an annual gathering targeting District NYI Presidents and other youth ministry leaders throughout the USA and Canada Region. This conference provides space for NYI leaders to connect with one another and engage in conversation around current youth ministry topics and trends.
In addition to seeing NYI in action across the USA/Canada Region, the focus of this LC will be on leadership development through connection and collaboration.
Cost and Registration Details
Early Bird Registration - $129 (Deadline: November 1)
Regular Registration - $149 (Deadline: December 1)
Late Registration - $169 (Deadline: February 1)
Registration cost includes all conference sessions, materials and two meals.
This registration link includes release forms, therefore, it must be completed by the individual or a parent or legal guardian for a minor who is under the legal age of majority (under the age of 18), or someone who is mentally or physically unable to sign for him or herself.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for this event, but do allow transfers of registration to another individual through February 15, 2024.
Location
UCNYI Leadership Conference 2024 will be held on the campus of Northwest Nazarene University (NNU) in Nampa, Idaho.
Schedule
Event check-in will be Sunday, March 3 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm (Mountain Daylight Time).
Join UCNYI friends for dinner and fun in downtown Nampa from 7-9 pm on Sunday evening, March 3. Cost is $25 and includes dinner at Boise Fry Co., ice cream from Stella's Ice Cream and play at the downtown arcade. Advance purchase is required, so be sure to add this to your registration before February 1, 2024.
Conference will begin Monday, March 4 at 9:00 am (Mountain Daylight Time) and will conclude Tuesday, March 5 at 6:00 pm (Mountain Daylight Time).
Note: New District President Orientation will take place Sunday, March 3 at 4:00-6:00 pm (Mountain Daylight Time).

Travel
Participants flying to UCNYI Leadership Conference will want to fly into Boise Airport, which is a half hour drive from NNU. Ground transportation will not be provided, so we recommend that you connect with attendees from your district/field and rent vehicles and carpool.
Housing
Hotel reservations are NOT included with event registration. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton at the Idaho Center and the Home 2 Suites by Hilton Nampa, both of which are a 15 minute drive to NNU.
